Target Holder Corner for 1,5'' SMRs

Our family of target holders Corner for 1,5” SMRs, identified as 1,5-TH-CORNER, is made of two mating parts.

The very tight design tolerances of ±0.0125 mm / ±0.0005” (centerline to SMR centre) and the two reference planes position of 1,5’’ Target Holder Corner respect to 1,5’’ SMR centering within ±0.0125 mm / ±0.0005”  are assured by a rigorous production process and they can easily be identified by the unique serial number engraved on very 1,5-TH-CORNER.

The purpose of this item is to accurately determine the position of 90° edge, that can be often found during an inspection of a mechanical machined part.

The magnet in the upper side keeps the SMR always in contact in the nest, while a magnet in the lower base works to keep the device always in contact with the part. 

A periodical maintenance and re-certification program can be offered to our customers.
